By booking a bicycle with Kullabajk, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your reservation.

Booking

Reservations are made through our website, www.kullabajk.se, where you select your bike, dates, and any additional equipment. A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed via email. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is made at the time of booking using approved payment methods. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. The booking is valid only after the payment has been completed.

Cancellations & Rebookings

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period will be charged 50% of the total amount. In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. In case of bad weather, we aim to be flexible – please contact us if you wish to reschedule.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is a full day: 09:00–22:00, unless otherwise agreed. The bicycle must be returned on time and in the same condition as when collected. Late returns without prior agreement may incur additional charges. It is not permitted to sublet, lend, pledge, or transfer the bicycle to another person.

Security & Responsibility

The minimum age to rent a bicycle from us is 18 years. The renter is responsible for the bicycle throughout the entire rental period. The bicycle must be locked whenever left unattended. In case of theft, damage, or negligent use, you may be held liable for compensation up to the market value of the bicycle. Helmets are recommended but not mandatory for persons over the age of 15.

Collect & Return

The bicycle must be picked up and returned at the location selected during booking. Pickup instructions will be sent via email following your reservation. We reserve the right to change the pickup location on short notice, for example, in the event of technical issues.

Processing of Personal Data

When booking via kullabajk.se, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and any messages submitted during booking. This information is used solely to manage your booking, provide quality service, and contact you if needed before or during your rental period. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the rental agreement and in accordance with applicable accounting regulations. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for payment providers during transaction processing.
