Do you offer helmets for children?

Yes, we provide helmets in most sizes, including for children. However, the number of helmets in each size is limited, so you may need to choose a larger size and adjust the straps accordingly if smaller sizes are unavailable. Helmets can only be selected and picked up at Måarpsvägen 71. At other pickup locations, helmet size must be specified in the confirmation email.

How does the child seat work?

The child seat is a removable bench that allows children to sit higher and more comfortably. For younger children, it might be easier and safer to sit on the floor. Please bring something soft to sit on.

How heavy can you load the box?

The cargo box is designed for a maximum load of 50 kg. It is fine to have children in the box, but we do not recommend adults riding in it. Overloading makes the bike difficult to handle.

How long will the battery last?

The battery has a capacity of up to 60 km. Generally, you can expect to cycle 30–35 km without issues, but the range can be affected by factors such as headwind and hilly terrain. There is a battery meter on the display, and you have the option to rent an extra battery.

What happens in case of flat tire?

The renter is responsible for the bike and any damages incurred during the rental period.
